Thank you Nerd Force for my computer repair, it all seems to be working well now.
They even sent me a link where I could buy some extra memory to speed it up, as the computer really is super slow, but don't really want to spend any money on a new laptop just yet.
I thought the service at Nerd Force was very professional and clear and reliable. I would not have wanted to leave my computer in the hands of someone I don't trust. I am also happy with the speedy repair service, as I only had to wait a day to get the computer back.
So all in all a good service and experience.
