Having previously run a business with 60 “seats” and an effective IT Director who gave 24/7 support I unexpectedly found myself almost alone, starting a new business with no physical support for any defective PCs .  With a busy computing family with 5 PCs in the house and 4 PCs and a laptop in my shed/office I was concerned that my 50 year old brain would not have the time or capacity to deal with problems that PCs throw up at the most inconvenient moments.
