1st July 2010 - Another Happy Customer

Mr Robertson - 01st July 2010

I just wanted to send a short message to congratulae Nerdforce on a terrific service. I relate to my Mesh desktop which failed to power up for no apparent reason.

There is always a degree of apprehension when using an unknown service provider for the first time - particularly when it comes to computer-related issues - and even more so when it comes to scheduling

on-site visits.

I needn't have worried - the telephone call back from a very helpful Corne following my initial call to Nerdforce yesterday was within 30 minutes. The information I was given was clear, concise and filled me with confidence... I was happy to book a home visit for this morning, knowing exactly what the charges would be, and what I could expect during the site visit.

This morning a technician, called me before he was due to arrive, and turned up with a smile just 20 minutes later.

He was very happy for me to 'sit in' as he examined the machine and gave a running commentary on what he was doing. It took him just a few minutes to diagnose the fault (a failed graphics card). He then provided me with several options on how I could proceed with getting the machine fully operational again. I was guided to a third party hardware supplier and was able to purchase a very competitively priced replacement graphics card online and he was very happy to show me how I would easily be able to replace it myself.

He was generous with his time and gave me some invaluable advice relating to some older laptops that I also have. Before leaving, he gave me his direct contact details and insisted that, should I have a any problem with installing the card, he would be happy for me to give him a call for guidance.

Computer problem? Nerdforce - the best call I could have made.

Many thanks

Kim
