Nerd Force About Us

Nerd Force offers a complete line of home computer repair services for all home and office users. Onsite services range from setting up your new PC computer, transferring data from old to new computer, data recovery and system backup to installing your new hardware and software and much more.Why bother with lugging your system to a retailer, when we can come out to you? We will work with you to provide convenient time to resolve all of your issues and answer all of your questions while repairing your computer. Alternatively if you are able to get your computer to our offices and are not in need of a priority service we offer a in-house computer repair service.

Onsite computer repair rates: £75.00 + VAT– For a 30 minute diagnosis, with a aim to fix the problem within this time.
All onsite computer repair services are £75.00 + VAT for the first 30 mins, within this time we aim to either provide a solution for you or  provide you with a fixed fee to fix it at the end of this period.. There are no hidden costs involved. Transportation cost included. Night hours (after 8pm) and Sundays, additional £25/hour.

In-house computer repair rates: £25.00 + VAT– For a diagnosis – We will diagnose the computer at our London offices for a fixed fee, once the diagnosis has been completed we will quote you to fix the selected problem. This is a non priority service and the diagnosis will take a minimum of a day to complete.
